The App requires access to Bluetooth and Location permissions (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION).

• Why we need this: The Android operating system requires Location permissions to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.

• How it is used: These permissions are strictly used to establish a local, peer-to-peer connection between two devices to transmit audio trigger commands.

• What we do NOT do: We do not track, collect, store, or transmit your physical geographic location, GPS data, or personal information to any external servers.

Third-Party Services and Advertising

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. In the future, this App will integrate third-party advertising networks, specifically Google AdMob, to display advertisements.

These third-party ad networks may collect and use data including:

• Your device's Android Advertising ID (AAID).

• IP addresses, device types, and operating system information.

• Usage data and crash logs to ensure advertisements are delivered correctly.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
